These terms explain how booking works when you leave silkpathhotelhanoi.com to reserve a room at Silk Path Hotel Hanoi. This site is run by Silk Path Hanoi Guide (“we”, “us”). Please read them together with the terms of the booking platform you use.

1. What this site is

We publish an independent guide to Silk Path Hotel Hanoi: its rooms, location, facilities and the practical questions guests ask before booking. We are not the hotel, we are not the hotel’s official website, and we are not a travel agent. We do not take reservations, payments or deposits on this site.

2. How booking works

Buttons such as “Check rates” open the hotel’s page on Agoda in a new tab. Any reservation you make there is a contract between you, the booking platform and the hotel. Payment, confirmation, changes, cancellations and refunds are handled by the platform and the hotel under the terms and privacy policy you review and accept at their checkout.

3. Prices and availability

We do not display room prices. Rates and availability are set by the hotel and the booking platform, change by date, room type and cancellation terms, and are confirmed only at the platform’s checkout. The conditions shown next to the rate you choose are the ones that apply.

4. Hotel information on this site

We build each page from the hotel’s own published information, its listings on booking platforms, maps and our own checks, and we show the month each page was last checked. Hotels change opening hours, policies and facilities without notice. Where something can only be confirmed by the hotel — early check-in, dietary requests, a particular floor or view — we say so; send that request to the hotel after you book.

5. Images

Photos of the hotel, its rooms and its facilities are the hotel’s own published photos. Each room photo shows a typical room of that type; the room you are given can differ in floor, view and furnishings, so check the room description on the booking platform before you book. Images of the streets, lakes and sights around the hotel are illustrations, not photographs.

6. Changes, cancellations and complaints

We cannot see, change or cancel your reservation. Use the “manage booking” section of the platform you booked with, or contact the hotel directly. If you are unsure where to turn, email us at [email protected] and we will point you to the right place.

7. Our responsibility

We take care to keep this guide accurate, but it is provided for general information. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for the services of the hotel or the booking platform, or for decisions made on the basis of information that has changed since our last check.
